‘My account’ section provides you with all your subscription, balance and billing information in one place. It’s available to users assigned with the Owner role only.

You can access ‘My account’ section by opening the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the application or under https://my.channels.app/my-account/.
Here’s what you’ll see when you open ‘My account’ section:
Product Plan
Here you can view your current subscription details, including the number of users with active access.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan or number of users at any given time of your billing cycle - simply click on the ‘Change’ button!
Please note that if you decide to downgrade your plan, the difference in price will be returned with the next payment, by subtracting from your next subscription fee.
If you are currently using our free trial, here you will see the option to upgrade your plan. After you click on the “Upgrade” button you can choose one of the available plans. No need to rush anything though! With the trial days counter, you can check how much time there is left to get to know all of the features!
Phone numbers
In this section, you’ll find the list of all phone numbers connected to your account. If the number was added as a paid one, you’ll be able to see the monthly price of the number, and you’ll also be able to detach such numbers from your account. Free phone numbers cannot be detached.
Please note that this section is only available for accounts with a paid plan!
Balance
This section lets you check your current funds, add more money to your account as well as set an email notification whenever your balance drops below the set amount.
To add funds, simply enter the desired amount and press the ‘Add’ button. Your submitted card will be debited for this sum automatically.
If you want to ensure you never run out of funds on your account, use the ‘Add funds automatically when my balance drops below $10 toggle. Specify the amount you want to add in such a case and press ‘Save’. You can always adjust or remove it at a later stage
Another option is to set email notifications whenever your balance drops below a certain amount. Switch on the toggle and enter your email address and the amount on which you want to be alerted to be always up to date with regards to your account funds.
Credit Card Details
You can always change your card details. Card provided in this section will be the one used for all of the transactions.
