Why my new Pipedrive Person is not transferred to Channels?
In order for a Contact to be transferred to Channels, it needs to have a valid phone number attached. Please make sure that the Person's number in Pipedrive is correct.
If a Person in Pipedrive gets deleted, will the same happen to the corresponding Contact in Channels?
Your Channels contact will remain in Channels, but new events will not be synchronized.

Updating fields such as phone numbers and name will result in updating the information in Channels. If such Contact was deleted in Channels, after updating in Pipedrive it will get reimported with the updated data.

Changing Contact information in Channels will not result in an update in Pipedrive. Contact information integration works only one-way, sending Person data from Pipedrive to Channels.
What happens, if I merge two Persons in Pipedrive?
Contact that was chosen to preserve in the merge operation will be updated in Channels with new information. Channels contact which corresponds to the lost Person in Pipedrive will remain in Channels, but will no longer be updated.
