Some of my Channels payments seem to be done via Shopify. Do I pay for both services at the same place or time?
Please note, that Channels and Shopify are separate services. Some of your Channels payments will be processed using Shopify, but those are separate to your Shopify services billing.
Are Shopify services included in my Channels subscription?
Channels and Shopify are separate services and you pay for them individually. Our integration allows you to synchronize the data between these two platforms to increase the productivity of your calling agents, but services are not sold as a package.
What will happen, if a new customer was created in Shopify?
Right after new customer creation, his or hers contact information will be imported to Channels. Please be aware that a phone number is a must-have in order to get imported to Channels.
Customer was removed from Shopify. Will his/her data get removed from Channels too?
Yes. The update usually takes a few minutes, but his data will be removed from Channels
Customer data was updated in Shopify. What happens in Channels?
Data will get updated in Channels too. If the phone number of the Customer was deleted in Shopify, Channels will keep the last phone number associated with this Contact.
I am deleting my Store. Will customers data be deleted in Channels too?
Deleting your store will result in deleting all of the synchronized information from Channels. Please note that it might take some time to process the deletion.
Will customer data get erased in Channels, if I choose such an option in Shopify?
Naturally! Please note, that this action will take place in 10 days after erasing request. During that period you can cancel this request in Shopify.
I deleted Channels from my Shopify apps. When customer data will be deleted?
Your customers’ data will be deleted in Channels within 48 hours. During that time, you can cancel this action by reconnecting Channels with your Shopify store.
