To get started, please choose Pipedrive in the Integrations section and use ‘Install now’ button. You will be redirected to your Pipedrive page in a new Tab, where you can choose to install Channels from the Marketplace.
Please proceed with the installation and allow the requested permissions. Once the installation is finished, you will be greeted with the success screen.
Please note that only Pipedrive administrator users can install external applications from the marketplace!
You can use ‘Import’ button to initiate the synchronization of your Pipedrive People with Channels. You can also Skip or Resync later.
This is a two-way integration, which means that apps will exchange information and update it between them.
Channels will download Persons data such as: full name, email address, organization and phone numbers and monitor for any change in these information. With those information in place you will never get caught off-guard by the customer call. All of their details will be displayed on the call screen.
On the other hand, all calls made in Channels will be reflected in Pipedrive. You will be able to find there such details as the date of the call, the number you were using to make a call and a call recording link. Above that each note you'll make in Channels will show up in Pipedrive as well. Thanks to that no data will get lost and you'll always be up to date!
