Can I try Channels before I buy a plan?
Of course. We offer a 7-day free trial. Try out our software before you decide on the right plan. It takes only 5 minutes to set up, and no credit card is required!
How does the pricing work?
It's pretty simple. Your total monthly charge consists of a chosen plan and paid numbers fee if you chose such. The actual cost of a subscription depends on the numbers of active user seats and additional paid phone numbers.
What payment methods can I use?
At the moment we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

How do I choose a plan?
You can select the plan in the top right dropdown menu. Simply enter the ‘My Account’ tab and click on the 'Upgrade' button to see all of our available plans. Choose the one that best corresponds with your business needs and put the number of users you’ll want to have active access to your account. Your final cost will depend on this selection, as each plan gives you a base number of users and there is an additional cost for each user over the base limit. You can also choose to be billed annually, which will significantly drop the average monthly cost of your subscription.
If you’ve never entered your card details, you’ll be prompted to do it now. Once you’re done, click on the ‘Buy’ button to confirm your selection and your plan will become active.
Can I change a plan after I sign up?
Absolutely. Whether you're growing or scaling back, you can change your plan at any point in time.
Change your subscription details in ‘My account’. In this section, you’ll find your current plan, as well as the number of users for whose active access you need to pay. To modify your current settings please use the ‘Change’ button.
Afterwards, type the end amount of users in 'How many users?' window and choose the desired plan with 'Subscribe' or 'Modify' button.
How do I check my account balance?
You can always check your balance in ‘My account’. It is displayed in the ‘Balance’ section, together with an option to set email notifications whenever your balance drops below certain amount. Enter your address and you’ll be always up to date with the state of your account funds.
You may also set up automatic balance top up whenever it drops below $10. To do so, please activate the option with the toggle, put the desired top up amount and confirm with a 'Save' button.
How do I add funds to my account?
Enter ‘My account’ and proceed to the ‘Balance’ section. Insert the amount you want to add to your account and confirm your selection by clicking the ‘Add’ button. Your card will be charged with the inserted amount.
How do I download an invoice?
Enter ‘My account’ and go directly to the ‘Billing’ section. It’s the place where you’ll see all your payments with receipts. Simply click on the download icon on the right to receive a PDF file for your selected invoice.
How do I add and change my card details?
You’ll be prompted to insert your card details when you select the plan for the first time. This is necessary to complete your purchase. You can later change your card details in ‘My account’.
PHONE NUMBERS & CONNECTION RATES
How can I buy more phone numbers in Channels?
Go to the Settings or My Account section and click ‘Add New Number’ button. You’ll be taken to number selection menu. Once there, search for the country you’re interested in, choose the number you want to add and confirm your selection clicking on the ‘Buy Now’ button.
How many numbers can I buy?
You can purchase as many numbers as you wish to use - there is no limit. However, bear in mind that apart from a one-time setup fee you’ll need to pay for each number on a monthly basis.
Where do I check prices and availability of local phone numbers?
You can find a price list of numbers from all available countries in the top right dropdown menu. Once you open it, enter the ‘Pricing’ section and search for the country you’re interested in. You’ll be given prices for all different types of numbers that are available for this country (national, local, mobile etc.).
If you can’t find a number from the country you’re interested in, or encounter any other issue please contact our support.
Can I use my own business number to handle calls in Channels?
No problem. We’ll gladly add your already-existing number to Channels at no additional cost. To do this, you just need to contact our Support Team (you can do this, for example, by writing to us in chat or email). We will consider your request and if there are no objections we will add the number to your account.
How do I check international connection rates?
You can find all international connection rates in the top right dropdown menu. Enter the ‘Pricing’ section and search for the country you wish to call to.
You’ll be presented with all available rates depending on the type of number you’re going to call - general mobile and landline or from a specific service provider.
