In Channels managing your contacts is very easy! All you need to do is to select the "Contacts" tab in the manager panel. You will be taken to the Contacts list, where you can see all of the calls that were made on your account and the contact list that was created with your integrated apps (if they were added to your account).
Once you're there, you will see all of the necessary information related to the contact such as the name, phone number, email, and company.
If you'd like to get more information about a given contact, just click the on the information icon
You will be transferred to "Contact details" where you will be able to see all the details:
General details - contact ID, import date, phone numbers,
Contact details - first name, last name, company, email, and external link,
Tags - tags that will be added to the contact,
Note - notes that we will leave in a given contact, e.g. order details,
Events - events and all calls - answered, missed.
