What is Web Call?

Web Call is a calling tool that allows you to embed a calling ‘bubble’ on your own website. With this bubble, customers that visit your site will have the opportunity to make a quick voice call through their browser and connect to you directly to your Channels account.

The process is straight forward. All they have to do is to press one button to connect with you!

Both the color of the bubble and the included text can be modified.

When the customer uses the bubble button to make the call, everybody currently logged into your Channels account will be able to answer it.

How to accept call originating from Web Call?

Calls from your website will reach you just like any other Channels call. You can take it using our website calling widget, our Browser Extension or Mobile App.



Displayed caller will include phrase "webcall-client" followed by a unique identification code of the caller, which is tied to their properties (their browser footprint).
