Generating your own Web Call bubble is really easy thanks to our configurator. To be able to use that function you need to choose the “Web Call” section in your manager panel.
Once you do that, you need to determine which website would you like to have the Web Call displayed on. This can be done in the first field of the settings page. In the box put the URL address of your website, for example: https://channels.app, "https://support-channels.shopify.com", etc.
Correct URL address of your website should consist of "http://" or "https://" prefix and a domain name such as "channels.app" or "wikipedia.com".
Additionally, "Display on subdomains" option allows bubble to be displayed on subdomains of the main domain. Typically subdomain will have the following structure: "https://subdomain.maindomain.com". For example: https://sso.channels.app (Channels subdomain allowing users to log in).
You can also specify devices that Web Call will be displayed on as well as whether widget is shown to the customers. Visibility setting allows you to disable Web Call bubble without losing your current configuration. This feature is especially useful when you plan on implementing changes to your Web Call bubble.
What's more, you can enable display conditions. You can choose between "and" or "or" logic. First one will make bubble display only once all conditions are met. Second option enables bubble if any of the rules apply.
You can define display conditions based on user time spent on website, visited pages or visitor’s behaviour. Take the following configuration as an example:
This setup will make it so that Web Call bubble displays for users that spent more than 30 seconds on https://channels.app/pricing page.
Last available option for display settings is working hours. With this option you can specify when bubble will be displayed.
